Cheese is a curd produced by the precipitation of fat and protein from milk and is prized worldwide. Its history is closely linked to animal domestication and breeding and may even date back 8,000 years. Hard rennet cheese, called yellow cheese, is an excellent source of easily digestible protein, which is necessary for the proper functioning of the immune system, vitamin D, required for bone mineralization, and vitamin A, which supports the growth and proper function of skin.
HOOIDAMMER ripening cheese is made exclusively from organic ingredients
Its composition was varied with roasted onions and nettle. Mature cheese is the best source of bioavailable calcium in the human diet. Calcium plays a key role in the body; it is the basic building block of connective tissue, bones, and teeth.
