Moringa is a tropical tree in the Moringa family. It grows in the area of north-west India and Pakistan, as well as in several other Asian countries, in Africa and South America. It reaches a height of 10 m. The taste of Moringa is reminiscent of horseradish, which is why it is sometimes called horseradish tree. However, it is usually referred to as the miracle tree or tree of long life.

Moringa has found its place in the product group of so-called superfoods, i.e. superfoods - the healthiest foods in the world. It contains, among other things, 4 times more vitamin A than carrots, 7 times more vitamin C than oranges, 2 times more protein than soybeans, 15 times more potassium than bananas, 4 times more vitamin E than wheat germ and 25 times more iron than spinach. In addition, Moringa contains antioxidants, amino acids and omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9 fatty acids. It is also a rich source of boron, which is essential for the proper functioning of the brain, chromium, which is helpful in fighting stress, and manganese, which is responsible for bone and joint health.
