Pre-Sale Questions

Yes, it will be fully compatible.

Please make sure you follow the steps below:

1/ Download the package from themeforest.net (the file is in ZIP format).

2/ Unzip the file you just downloaded (don't forget this step).

3/ Locate this file: ella-xxx-sections-ready.zip in the Ella Sections Ready xxx folder and then simply upload the ella-xxx-sections-ready.zip file to your Shopify store.

- If you want to use the RTL version of Ella, please locate this file: ella-xxx-sections-ready-rtl.zip in the Ella Sections Ready xxx RTL folder and then simply upload the ella-xxx-sections-ready-rtl.zip file to your Shopify store.

- If you want to install the child theme, please go to the corresponding theme folder.

To save your time and reach our support quickly, please follow these steps:

  • Create a staff account for us (with permissions for themes and settings) http://docs.shopify.com/manual/settings/account/staff-members
  • Take a screenshot or video of the problem you are experiencing.
  • Specify which template and version you are using.
  • Describe clearly how the problem can be reproduced.
  • Send all information (employee account, screenshot, video, template name and version, description of the problems, link) to email@domain.com

We don't typically offer support on weekends, except in urgent cases. In these cases, simply indicate "Urgent" in your email, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
