How can I change the delivery address?

1. When an address change is possible

  • A delivery address change is possible only as long as the order has not yet been handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • After the order has been shipped, we can no longer change the delivery address on our end. In that case, please contact the relevant shipping carrier directly.

2. What you should do now

  • Contact us as soon as possible. The sooner we receive your request, the greater the chance that a change can still be made before shipping.
  • Have your new full delivery address ready: street, house number, postal code, city and country.

3. Required information for a request

  • Order number
  • Previous delivery address
  • New full delivery address
