Probiotic with Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus helveticus

The product contains two strains of probiotic bacteria: Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus helveticus, which are components of the gut microflora. The total number of probiotic bacteria is 3 x¹⁰⁹ CFU per capsule.

Bifidobacterium longum - Properties:

• Supports the maintenance of a balanced gut microflora and a healthy barrier structure of the gut.
• Can support the immune system by regulating immune responses and cytokine production.
• Helps reduce the growth of pathogenic microorganisms, which can counteract intestinal infections.

Lactobacillus helveticus - Properties:

• Helps break down lactose, which is beneficial for people with lactose intolerance.
• Can contribute to reducing stress and anxiety by acting on the nervous system.
• Influences mental health through the balance between gut and brain, regulating mood and neurochemical balance.
• Can improve the body's immune response and support the immune system.

Recommended daily dose:

• Adults and children over 3 years: 1 capsule daily.
• Can be taken independently of meals, preferably with boiled water or mineral water.

Ingredients:

• Starch, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule), probiotic bacteria: Bifidobacterium longum and Lactobacillus helveticus, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

Storage:
