Small amounts of many vitamins are consumed daily through food for the health and smooth functioning of our body. A distinction is made between water-soluble vitamins and fat-soluble vitamins. Vitamins A, D, E, and K belong to the fat-soluble vitamins, which means they are absorbed and transported in the body in a similar way to fats1.

DESCRIPTION:

• Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of healthy skin, plays a role in iron metabolism, supports the normal condition of mucous membranes, contributes to the maintenance of normal vision, is essential for the smooth functioning of the immune system, and plays a role in cell specialization.


• Vitamin D contributes to the smooth functioning of the immune system, is involved in the absorption and utilization of calcium and phosphorus, supports the maintenance of an adequate calcium level in the blood as well as healthy bones and teeth, and is essential for the smooth functioning of muscles.


• Vitamin E helps protect cells from oxidative stress.


• Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of healthy bones.

APPLICATION:

1 capsule daily. Swallow after a meal and wash down with plenty of water. It is recommended to take the capsule with fat.
