Ingredients: Saffron sprout extract Crocus sativus, filler: microcrystalline cellulose, starch, melatonin, anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.

Take one serving of the product (¼ tablet) about 30 minutes before bedtime with water. Do not take more than 1 serving daily. Dietary supplement. The product is intended for persons over 18 years of age. Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. The product may contain derivatives of: gluten-containing cereals, milk, soy, eggs. Close the package after use.
