Artichoke herb tincture
Required ingredients:
Place the artichoke herb in a bottle and pour the prepared alcohol over it. Seal well and shake. Set aside for 15 days, shaking frequently. After this time, filter the liqueur and transfer it to a clean bottle.
Take 10-30 drops of artichoke tincture in a glass of water, several times a day, one hour before meals.
