Usage:
This is a perfectly selected herbal composition, especially recommended for people exposed to stress. Lemon balm and hawthorn alleviate anxiety, irritability, and mental tension, and facilitate falling asleep. Hops calm the nervous system. Cinnamon helps combat fatigue and provides energy. Usage:
