When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that shipping costs for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of such an item can be found on the detail page. All weights are rounded up to the nearest whole pound to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Comfrey is a plant that has been used as a natural remedy by people for hundreds of years for wounds. The plant is native to almost all of Europe and parts of Asia. Traditionally, the leaves and roots of the plant are used. Comfrey root (Radix symphyti), available in the form of dried plant fragments, is used to prepare special decoctions, compresses, as well as ointments and tinctures for EXTERNAL USE . Properly prepared comfrey root is used as a means to support tissue regeneration. A decoction from the root of the plant can be used for skin lesions. The plant contains allantoin, tannins, B vitamins and vitamins A, C and E. The tannins contained in the plant accelerate the healing of small wounds and relieve irritation, burns and frostbite. The compresses with the prepared comfrey root help in healing bruises, sprains and recovery from fractures.
The herb is intended for the bath PREPARATION . Pour 1.5 liters of water into the bag (50 g) and bring to a boil. Cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes. Cover and leave to stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then strain through a fine sieve into a tub with approx. 37 °C warm water. The bath should last up to 20 minutes.
