INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Spray five to ten times over the entire body and massage well. After showering or bathing is a good time to apply, as the skin is warm and the pores are open, which facilitates absorption.

Apply it anywhere on the body, but avoid sensitive areas such as the eyes.

For severe anxiety, Magnesium Menopause Body Spray can be combined with Magnesium Menopause Flakes.

Apply as needed.
