DESCRIPTION
Organic spelt groats, made from hulled spelt grains. It has a mild flavor, is extremely nutritious, and provides a long-lasting feeling of satiety. We recommend it as a base for a warm breakfast, lunch, or dinner, sweet or savory, and for thickening soups and stews.

PREPARATION
Cook the previously briefly soaked groats in salted water in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of groats for 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 25 minutes.
