When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that shipping costs for many of the items we sell are based on weight. The weight of such an item can be found on the detail page. All weights are rounded up to the nearest whole pound to reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

INGREDIENTS
Coconut flour*, wholemeal rice flour*, tapioca starch*, coconut blossom sugar*, hemp protein* (15%), buckwheat flour*, ground linseed*, gluten-free baking powder* [corn starch*, raising agents (potassium tartrate, sodium carbonate)] (* ingredient from certified organic farming).
NET WEIGHT: 210 g
APPLICATION
1. Put 3 eggs in a bowl and mix with 150 ml MILK and 1 tablespoon oil
2. Fill the contents of the pack and mix thoroughly with a kitchen whisk
3. Wait 3 minutes - this will make the pancakes fluffier
4. Preheat the pan, but not too much - coconut flour pancakes don't like too much heat
5. Spoon the batter onto a dry or lightly greased palette (1 tablespoon = 1 pancake)
6. Fry until bubbles appear, about 2 minutes, then flip
7. The other side only takes about a minute.
A NOTICE
For the vegan version, add 1.5 ripe mashed bananas or 6 tablespoons applesauce instead of eggs.
Cake, when prepared, should be the consistency of thick, runny cream. If it's too thick, add 50-100ml more milk.
Serve with vanilla cheese and fruit. You can add banana pieces to the dough or grate an apple.
