In the 20th century, the Portuguese Julio de Sousa Lopes became a passionate promoter and admirer of the Borututu tree. He spent almost his entire life in Africa, observing nature and learning about the lives of the local tribes. He observed the use of an infusion from the root of the Borututu tree before ritual ceremonies and for many other ailments.

He dedicated his entire passion to researching the benefits of the Borututu tree. He concluded that modern medicine could be supported by an infusion of this root. Therefore, he made it his mission to harvest the Borututu root, using only the most abundant areas of the species to obtain a first-class raw material rich in active substances.

Preparation of the infusion:
Pour 2.5 g (1 teaspoon) of dried Borututu root with a glass of boiling water (preferably in a thermos), let steep for about 45 minutes.

Usage:
2 times daily 1 glass (morning 1 hour before breakfast and evening shortly before bedtime). Prophylactically for at least 2 months or twice a year.

Storage:
Keep dry, at room temperature, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Protect from light.
