Water (Aqua), Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Celadrin® (Cetyl Tallow), Dimethylsulfone (MSM) (Methylsulfonylmethane), Glyceryl Stearate SE, Glycerin, Stearic Acid (Plant Source), Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis (Sweet Almond) Oil, Caprylic / Capric Triglycerides, Cetearyl Alcohol, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Carthamus Tinctor Safflower) Seed Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol & Cetearyl Glucoside, Natural Menthol, Phenoxyethanol & Ethylhexylglycerin, Limnanthes Alba (Cowflower) Seed Oil, Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E) (Soy), Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate, Soy Lecithin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Adults and children (from 2 years) - apply to the joints up to 4 times a day as needed. Massage into the area of the joints until it is completely absorbed by the skin.
