INGREDIENTS

Cistus (herbal tea) * 100% (* from controlled organic cultivation)

DESCRIPTION

Organic purge is one of the oldest herbs. It is characterized by its high polyphenol content. A purge infusion can add variety to your daily diet.


PREPARATION

Add 1 teaspoon per cup or 2-3 tablespoons of purge to 1 liter of boiled water at a temperature of 90 degrees C. Let it steep for 3 to 10 minutes. Serve with lemon or honey.
