This book was written to tell the reader and their doctor the truth about cholesterol and coronary artery disease. These are facts that pharmaceutical companies have withheld from publication.

The author does not rely on assumptions, theories or his own opinion, but on the concrete clinical studies that he has cited in his book.

known as "statins", stimulate the formation of cancer cells.
People can become aggressive or suicidal if their cholesterol levels are too low
Too much food intake and polyunsaturated fat (from plants) can
cause atherosclerosis.
Polyunsaturated fatty acids that should prevent heart disease, cause infections and cancer in rats.
When you eat too much vegetable fat, your body ages prematurely, like
the outer skin becomes wrinkled, and inside the body there are similar and unfavorable changes in the internal organs.
People with low cholesterol have a similar amount of atherosclerotic plaque in their blood vessels as people with high cholesterol.
More than thirty scientific studies involving over 150,000 people found that people who had a heart attack consumed no more saturated fat or less and more polyunsaturated fat than other people.
Older women with high cholesterol live longer than women with low cholesterol.
Many of the above facts have been reported in scientific publications and books for decades, but proponents of the "diet-heart" concept have remained silent and never disclosed them to the public.
