INGREDIENTS

Spelled flakes * 100% (* ingredient from certified organic farming)

DESCRIPTION
 Ecological flakes Spelled is obtained from crushed spelled grains. Spelled flakes are a perfect suggestion for a daily breakfast. They taste best with yoghurt, cereal drink and fruit.

PREPARATION
Boil the flakes in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of flakes to 2 portions of water or milk), simmer for about 10 minutes, stir occasionally.
