CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION :
It is recommended to drink 3 cups of the infusion during or after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

PREPARATION :
Put the tea bag in a cup, pour in freshly boiled water (200 ml) and cover. The steeping time should be between 8 and 10 minutes.
