Echinacea * 100% (* certified organic ingredient).

DESCRIPTION
Echinacea is one of the most well-known herbs of recent years. It originates from North America, where it was known and used by Native Americans who valued the richness of its constituents and properties. Today, purple coneflower can be used internally (as an infusion) or externally in the form of compresses.

PREPARATION
Internally: Pour 1 teaspoon of Echinacea herb into a glass of boiling water and let it steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. You can drink freely.

Externally: Add 2 teaspoons of Echinacea herb to a glass of boiling water, cover, and let steep for about 15-20 minutes. It is used as a cosmetic, anti-inflammatory, and wound-healing agent.
