Dandelion is a popular plant in Poland, easily found in meadows or lawns. It is known for its decorative or culinary use, but few people are aware of its diverse health-promoting activities. Not only the roots of the dandelion are used medicinally, but also the flowers and leaves, which you can also find in our assortment.

Health-promoting properties:

• positively affects blood cholesterol levels: it helps lower total cholesterol, bad LDL cholesterol, and triglycerides, while increasing good HDL cholesterol
• helps reduce bilirubin levels in the blood, more effectively than dandelion leaves

Ingredients: dried, crushed dandelion root (Taraxaci radix) - 100%.

Usage: Take as a decoction: pour 2 teaspoons of dandelion root with 1 glass of lukewarm water, bring to a boil and simmer covered for 5-10 minutes. Then let it steep for 10 minutes and strain. Drink the prepared infusion throughout the day (in portions), preferably 1 hour before meals.
