Seitan is one of the traditional dishes of Chinese, Japanese, Korean and Russian cuisine. APPLICATION
Remove the protective film and fry in a pan with a little oil from time to time for 3 minutes over medium heat. Turn or bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
