Whole Dried Porcini Mushrooms BIO 70 g – DARY NATURY (SEASONAL PRODUCT)

Porcini mushrooms (Steinpilze edulis), also called chamomile, White mushroom, Porcini mushroom, or Red mushroom is one of the most common edible mushrooms. Porcini mushrooms were already valued by the ancient Slavs and are an exceptionally aromatic addition to many dishes. Boletus edulis is found in Polish forests; it also occurs in other parts of Europe, North America, New Zealand, and southern Africa. Like most true mushrooms, it is characterized by a low calorie value – only 34 kcal per 100 g – and a low glycemic index. It also contains protein, mineral salts – potassium, iron, phosphorus, and magnesium – as well as B vitamins and is an excellent addition to Bigos, cabbage with mushrooms, dumplings, knödel, and many other traditional Polish dishes.
