The couverture is a very high quality chocolate. It differs from normal chocolate in that it has a higher cocoa fat content. It is used to make a smooth and glossy chocolate icing, it can be used to enrobe truffles and decorate pralines. Horeca couverture contains coconut blossom sugar and coconut meat. It contains the addition of almonds, which contain vitamins A, E and B vitamins, as well as minerals such as iron, calcium and magnesium. It does not contain gluten. Minimum cocoa solids: 36%
