PREPARATION
Add 22 g (approx. 2 tablespoons) gelling agent to 1 kg of small or chopped fruit or 600 ml of cold juice and mix. Add 4 tablespoons of lemon juice or 3 g of citric acid. Then add 300 g sweetener or sugar. Cook, stirring, for about 3 minutes. Pour the hot jam into jars, screw on the lid and leave on the lid
