DESCRIPTION
Slightly sweet and refreshing green tea with an earthy note. Sencha is the most popular tea in Japan. It is made from the same green tea bushes that matcha comes from, except that sencha is not shaded when grown. Immediately after harvesting, the leaves are dried, stopping the oxidation process. After drying, the leaves curl and form their characteristic "needle" shape. Moya Sencha No. 21 comes from organic cultivation on the island of Kyushu from a second tea harvest with a very balanced taste.
Green Sencha Tea is a rich source of antioxidants and vitamins. It has a positive effect on concentration, and the polyphenols it contains have many healing properties, including supporting the digestive system, helping to burn unnecessary calories and also improving the work of the circulatory system.

Brewing time: 2 minutes
Brewing temperature: 70-80 C
