Homemade cake with agave fiber ORGANIC 300g HEALTHY MIXED

Organic mix for making gluten-free yoghurt cake with fruit. Any fruit goes well with this. Also ideal for baking cupcakes.

INGREDIENTS

Organic wholemeal rice flour, organic buckwheat flour, organic tapioca (inulin starch), organic coconut sugar, organic rice flour, organic linseed meal, organic agave inulin powder (2%), organic gluten-free baking powder (organic corn starch, leavening agent (potassium tartrate, sodium carbonate )), Himalayan salt.
