Garcinia cambogia contains hydroxycitric acid, which suppresses appetite, lowers cholesterol levels, and accelerates fat burning. The content of individual plant ingredients per recommended daily portion (4 capsules) is as follows: Garcinia cambogia extract - 840 mg (corresponding to 504 mg HCA), guarana seed extract - 240 mg (corresponding to at least 53 mg caffeine), extract from black pepper fruits - 8 mg (corresponding to at least 7.6 mg piperine).

Method of use:

Adults: orally 2 capsules twice daily with liquid. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.
