DESCRIPTION:

Holland & Barrett's Omega-3 Fish Oil Concentrate 1000 mg capsules contain pollutant-free, pure fish oil that provides sufficient amounts of essential fatty acids. Essential fatty acids must be obtained through the diet as they are not produced by the human body. EPA and DHA are essential Omega-3 fatty acids commonly found in fish oils. DHA supports the maintenance of good vision and proper brain function, and a positive effect can be achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg DHA. The intake of 250 mg DHA combined with 250 mg EPA also contributes to normal heart function.

INGREDIENTS:

Fish oil, capsule shell: gelatin; binder: glycerin; water, antioxidant: tocopherol mix.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
