Turmeric (Root Powder), Vitamin C (as L-Ascorbic Acid), Shilajit Extract, Garlic Extract, Vitamin E (as dl-alpha-tocopherol), Zinc (Zinc Bisglycinate), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin), Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose , Maltodextrin, Rice Flour, Starch, Silicon Dioxide, Beta Cyclodextrin, APPLICATION :

1 capsule daily, preferably one hour before bedtime

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
