Extract from white mulberry leaves (Morus alba, 1% DNJ), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule), 4:1 extract from Ceylon cinnamon bark (Cinnamomum zeylanicum), barberry root extract (Berberis aristata), gurmar leaf extract (Gymnema sylvestris), 4:1 fenugreek seed extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum), alpha-lipoic acid, niacin (nicotinamide), acacia fiber, thiamine (thiamine hydrochloride), chromium (chromium picolinate).
