Ingredients:
Extract from turmeric root (Curcuma longa) (standardized to at least 95% curcuminoids (450mg) (including curcumin, dimethoxy-curcumin, and bis-dimethoxy-curcumin), sunflower oil, capsule shell: gelatin, glycerin, water, sorbitol, caramel color), carrier: beeswax and rosemary extract (leaf).

Does not contain: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, shellfish.

Recommended daily dose:
4 capsules.

Consumption recommendation:
1 capsule 2-4 times daily with a meal.
