APPLICATION
Dosage: Bathing in a bath at 37°C with the addition of 200 - 250 ml of brine or local soaking of the feet or hands.
Effect: Brine bathing promotes blood circulation in the skin, swelling and widening of the pores. The brine also intensifies the ion exchange between the body and the bathing water. It facilitates the removal of toxins and metabolites from the body and the absorption of micronutrients that the body needs.
