INGREDIENTS:

Magnesium (magnesium oxide, magnesium salts of citric acid), rice concentrate, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, gelling agent: carrageenan, acidity regulator: potassium acetates), filler (microcrystalline cellulose/cellulose gel), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

USAGE:

1 capsule 1-2 times daily with or without a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
