COMPOSITION:

Aqua (Water), Magnesium Chloride, Glycerin, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hydrolyzed Jojoba Esters, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Anthemis Nobilis Flower (Chamomile) Oil, Linalool, Citric Acid.

10 sprays provide 37 mg of optimally bioavailable elemental magnesium.

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS:

5 to 10 sprays. Spray onto the body and massage well into the skin. Ideally after a bath or before bedtime. For best results, use on clean skin. Reapply as needed. Apply to the whole body, avoiding damaged skin and sensitive areas such as the eyes. If your child's sleep is disturbed, apply 2-3 sprays of Magnesium Sleep Kids' Body Spray to the problem areas (often calves or feet) and massage in.

During the first application, you may feel a slight tingling. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of rapid magnesium absorption through the pores.
