Milk Thistle (200g) by Dary Natury is an ecological and natural product that will find many uses in any kitchen. It is a herbal food supplement that can be used as an addition to salads, muesli or cocktails, and can also be used to PREPARE an infusion to drink. Milk thistle tea has a delicate flavor with a slight bitterness. The Dary Natury brand product uses organic milk thistle, which is a product of Polish organic farming. Various varieties of milk thistle occur naturally in our latitudes, mostly on wild meadows.

Ground milk thistle is used in the manufacture of nutritional supplements, more specifically seeds obtained from its fruit. They contain valuable plant sterols, fatty acids, essential oils and ingredients with antioxidant properties such as vitamin E and silymarin. The latter supports the work of the digestive system and in particular the liver, supporting the renewal of its cells and the metabolism of toxins. Milk thistle is used as a dietary supplement to improve digestive quality, so it is recommended to use with or immediately after food for best results.

Drink 1 cup of infusion 3 times a day, prepared from 1 teaspoon of our infusion The Milk Thistle (4 g) per glass of water. The seeds can also be added to salads, sandwiches or dishes. The daily dose (3 teaspoons) contains 12 g of milk thistle seeds.
