Flos fruit of milk thistle 100g

Milk thistle used to be a very popular vegetable. Young leaves and milk thistle have been added to salads and prepared in a manner similar to spinach, flower baskets designed to resemble mini artichokes. Milk thistle powder is currently available on the market – it can be successfully added to any dish.

Milk thistle is one of the best remedies for detoxifying the body and also for damage. Steatosis and cirrhosis of the liver and diseases of the gallbladder. Importantly, no toxicity was found from this plant. However, a contraindication to its use is obstruction of the bile ducts. Milk thistle is also not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Ingredients: milk thistle fruit (Silybi mariani
fruit) -100%

Application: Consume three times a day:
a)
as a condiment, i.e. crushed/ground milk thistle fruit for adding to dishes of all kinds
or
b) as a brew, ie: chop or grind the fruit. Then pour 1 teaspoon of the product into 1 cup of hot water and slowly heat to a boil. Cover and cook gently for 5-10 minutes.
Set aside for 15 minutes. and burden.

Storage conditions: Store dry and protected from light.
