Liposomal Liquid Phosphatidylcholine. Liposomes protect nutrients by preventing them from being broken down by stomach acid and facilitating their transport to cells.

Phosphatidylcholine (lecithin) provides choline, which is the main component of cell membranes and is essential for brain and liver function. In the brain, phosphatidylcholine is a precursor to acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter involved in cognition and motor coordination. During digestion, phosphatidylcholine is part of the bile complex that emulsifies fats to facilitate their absorption and the dissolution of nutrients (eg, vitamins) into fats.

INGREDIENTS

Phosphatidylcholine (from non-GMO soybeans) , Water, Glycerin, Ethanol, Vitamin E (as 1000 d-alpha-tocopherol polyethylene glycol succinate).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 teaspoon orally twice a day, hold in mouth for 30 seconds before swallowing. Take on an empty stomach at least 10 minutes before a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
