Holistic MSM is a dietary supplement with organic sulfur that has a positive effect on joints and the musculoskeletal system. Thanks to its properties, it supports the regeneration of cartilage, which directly affects the efficiency of movement. Organic sulfur is also a mineral that has a beneficial effect on the condition of the skin and hair, helping them to maintain good condition. MSM is also involved in a number of important processes such as the production of enzymes and is a building block of cartilage tissue and is involved in the synthesis of proteins (e.g. collagen and keratin).

Content per daily dose (approx. ½ - 1 teaspoon) :
Methylsulfonylmethane - 2-4 g daily

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
MSM can be a powerful cleanser of the body, so you should increase the dose gradually. In the first week we take 1 g (1/4 teaspoon) daily with 200 ml of water. Then increase the serving by 1g for each additional week, up to 2-4g per day. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet. Do not use during pregnancy and lactation.
