PRENACAPS MULTI 1 is a complex of 15 ingredients for women up to the 12th week of pregnancy. The product does not contain, among other things, artificial fillers, preservatives, sweeteners.
PRENACAPS MULTI 1 contains highly digestible and active forms of ingredients (including zinc citrate, L-selenomethionine, methylcobalamin). It also contains a biologically active form of folic acid (Quatrefolic®) with scientifically proven high bioavailability.
To folic acid, vit. B6 and Vit. B12 could be utilized by the body and must be converted to its active form after ingestion. According to the data, on average every second person in Europe suffers from disruptions in this transformation process. PRENACAPS MULTI 1 contains active vitamin forms. B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) and folic acid (Quatrefolic®), which do not require conversion and can be used by the body immediately.
In addition, studies have shown that the Quatrefolic® product used in the product achieves over 3 times higher maximum concentration of the active substance in 1 h after administration compared to folic acid and over 9 times higher overall bioavailability of the active substance compared to folic acid. Quatrefolic® also achieves over 10% higher peak concentration of the active ingredient after administration compared to the other active form, calcium L-methylfolate.

APPLICATION
Take 2 capsules once a day with a meal /> The product should be used after consulting a doctor. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose for consumption during the day.
