Dosage:
increased dosage: 3-10 capsules per day (consultation with a doctor or practitioner of Chinese medicine is recommended)
normal dosage: 1-3 capsules twice a day
We recommend taking them 5 days a week, skipping 2 days
take the capsules on an empty stomach (at least 30 minutes before or 60 minutes after a meal) with water or weak green tea
