Preparation and recommended use:

Put 2 teaspoons (2.0 g) of the dried herb into a glass (200 ml) of water and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Let stand for 30 minutes and then strain. Drink the prepared decoction in 2 portions throughout the day. Systematic consumption (drinking) of the tea has the best effect.
