COMPOSITION: RASPBERRY LEAVES AND SHOOTS

Raspberry leaf is traditionally used in the eastern part of Europe. It contains
numerous biologically active substances belonging to polyphenols: flavonoids,
triterpenes, phenolic acids.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS AND RECOMMENDED USE: Pour one teaspoon (1.2 g) of the raw material, a glass of approx.
(1.2 g) of the raw material, a glass of approx. (200 ml) boiling water over it and cover, let steep for about 15-20 minutes.
Cover and let steep for about 15-20 minutes. Drink 3 glasses of the freshly prepared
infusion daily before meals. The best results are achieved through systematic use
in the last trimester of pregnancy, during perimenopause, before menopause and
menopause.

WARNINGS:
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

maintain a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
