Instructions for use:

1 capsule once daily, before noon. The product should be taken about 30 minutes before a meal and swallowed with a sufficient amount of water.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Attention should be paid to a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.

The product is intended for persons over 18 years of age. The product is not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.
