Instructions for use:

Put 1 bag into a glass of boiling water and let steep covered for 5-10 minutes. It is recommended to drink 2 times a day. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

Ingredients (in equal parts):

Nettle leaves, birch leaves, rhizome of perch, horsetail herb, goldenrod herb, bearberry leaves, dandelion leaves.
