INGREDIENTS:

Apple pectin (powdered), capsule component: coating agent (cellulose); anti-caking agent (vegetable fatty acids).

USAGE:

2 capsules 1-2 times daily, drink 1 to 1.5 glasses of water (236 ml to 300 ml) 30 minutes before meals. Increase water intake by an additional 1-2 glasses per day. Initially take 2 capsules per day and gradually increase the intake over 1-2 weeks to 4 capsules per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
