INGREDIENTS:

Fructooligosaccharides (from Nutraflora® FOS).

APPLICATION:

Start with 1 flat measuring spoon (2.5 ml) of the powder mixed with a glass of water or juice, and take it once daily, preferably with a meal. Gradually increase the amount every few days until the desired effect is achieved, up to a maximum of 4 flat measuring spoons of 2.5 ml (or two teaspoons) per day. To maintain the effect, use 1 measuring spoon of 2.5 ml per day.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The product is not suitable for children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. Do not use if hypersensitive to any component of the preparation. If you suffer from a disease or take medication, consult your doctor before taking the supplement. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
