INGREDIENTS:

Quercetin, rice starch, capsule component: coating agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); bromelain (enzyme from pineapple fruit), anti-caking agents (microcrystalline cellulose, plant fatty acid magnesium salts, silicon dioxide).

USAGE:

1-2 capsules daily, 20 minutes before or during a meal (for people with sensitive stomachs), with a glass of water. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
