HOW TO USE cinnamon oil?

• INHALATION / Diffusion: Clean the room, yourself, and others at the same time > Learn about professional aromatherapy diffusers.
• SITE: on the skin (soles of feet, wrists, ankles, neck, back) > dilute 1:10 with a carrier oil > learn about the best carrier oils.
• BATH: dilute 1:10 with a carrier oil or EPSOM salt.

HOW SHOULD essential oils be stored?

• Make sure the cap is fully screwed on to prevent oil from escaping.
• Keep out of reach of children, animals, etc.
• Do not store near a heat source.

NOTES:

As one of the "sharpest" oils, cinnamon oil can irritate the nose if inhaled directly from the bottle or diffuser, and it can also "steam" if it comes into direct contact with the skin (treat this skin area with a carrier oil/cream); the unpleasant symptoms subside after some time.

Never spray essential oils into your ears or eyes - if this happens, immediately apply vegetable oil to these areas to dilute the essential oil.
