Vakapi is a new Paraguayan Yerba Mate, where dark green leaves, sticks, and finely ground twigs are accompanied by summer fruits and berries. This very strong and quickly stimulating, traditionally smoky Yerba Mate combines the bitter aftertaste of a smoky brew with the unusual character of sweet strawberries, delicately sweet berries, and rose hips. The flavor lasts up to the 6th infusion. After further infusions, the bitter taste becomes more prominent.

Taste and aroma of the Yerba Mate:

Besides the berries and fruits in the composition, which are accompanied by the traditional dried Paraguayan Factoria, a natural, aromatic raspberry flavor can be found. This stable combination of ripe, strongly smoky, and fire-dried Yerba Mate with forest accents is finely spiced with a hint of exotic acai. This combination is rounded off by a refreshing, natural aroma and a juicy note of rose. The composition is a very successful flavor fusion. The selected ingredients complement each other in this potent dry blend in an excellent way. Recommended for all who primarily seek a flavorful kick.

Dried:

Medium cut, lots of dust, and a small number of large sticks. An ideal choice for experienced Yerba Mate lovers! Large-mesh bombilla recommended.

Preparation and storage method:

The dried product is poured into 1/4 to 3/4 of the volume of a 200 ml pot and infused with water at 70-80 °C. The same dried product can be infused several times until it loses its flavor. Pour the dried product with ice water. Store in a dry place in an airtight container.
